Having worked in Central London for all these years I recognise that the London property market is both confusing and  time consuming for many to navigate. Around 25% to 50%  of properties are sold off market in some areas and price bands. The pricing of a property can be difficult to comprehend, without inside knowledge and a valuation background. Increasingly, the smaller independent agents are taking Market share selling property, and for a buyer, it’s difficult to know where to start. The online portals just don’t tell the whole story and there’s rarely a huge choice of options in any given area or price band. There’s huge value, my years of in depth knowledge can add. I intend to offer the ‘hand holding service’ of a Trusted Advisor, to guide clients through the buying process in comfort. I still have a particular fascination for unmodernised houses with development potential, but if clients want New Build, either way, I can help them source their dream homes as I fully recognise that not everybody wants to take on a ‘project’.
